King Suites have one king bed in a separate bedroom with bathroom area and shower only with a television in the bedroom. The living area has a pull out sleeper sofa, chair, coffee table, 32″ TV with a bar area to the kitchenette. Kitchenette has a sink, microwave, coffee maker, small full size fridge all with free WiFi.
Deluxe King Room

Family Suite
Our Family Suite is the perfect choice for larger groups or families who want all the comforts of home while enjoying their High Country getaway. This spacious two-bedroom suite includes a full kitchen, complete with appliances and cookware, a welcoming dining room for shared meals, and a cozy living room designed for gathering and relaxing after a day in the mountains. With plenty of space to spread out, the Family Suite offers privacy and convenience while still keeping everyone together under one roof. Modern amenities like complimentary WiFi, flat-screen TVs, and inviting mountain-inspired décor make this suite a warm and practical retreat—ideal for weeklong vacations, holiday stays, or multi-family trips to Newland and the surrounding Blue Ridge.
The Family Suite has two separate bedrooms each with a dresser and one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There is a living area with a sleeper sofa, dining area with 6 chairs, work desk, love seat, coffee table, and a 50″ flat-screen TV. This room also has a full kitchen with medium fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker and cabinets. A very large bathroom with a separate shower, jacuzzi tub and dual sinks. This room is on the second story and you must climb steps to get to this room.
